I know that sometimes thing's sound impossible. But, you can do anything!
When you are scared having people cheer you on can help you. It is like medicine when you are sick. A hug when you are blue. One time, at our 5th grade field trip we went on a zip-line. It was my turn and I was really scared. Everyone was cheering me on and yelling my name.” Go Mackenzie!” Every time they shouted my name I felt more confidence surged through me. I ended up going on the zip-line like a pro.
A few years ago, I learned that doing things with other people so I am not alone really helped me over- come things. I learned this at my first swim meet. I was up at the blocks, shaking I was so scared. I looked around me and saw my friends were really helped scared. Having them with me and knowing they were their helped me overcome things. I wasn't alone helped a lot. I've leaned that doing things with other people can help me do anything. Doing things with other people can make you enjoy things better. Doing anything with other people can make you less scared. You can accomplish anything you want, but when you do it with other people it makes it easier. When I do things with other people it gives me more comfort and confidence. Having people explain how to do things and show me how can also help me do big things. It is hard to go into things with no knowledge. Recently I went ice skating for the second time. My friend, Molly was skating really well. I was having a lot of trouble. She saw me falling so she decided to help build up my skills. She went through it , step by step. In about 20 minutes I was skating with out falling down every 5 seconds. She showed me and I put my mind to it and proved that anything’s possible. Having someone explain and show me how can make you feel better about doing things. Having some one explain and show me how to do it can make things easier. Having someone explain how to do things can help me overcome things, big and small.
My thesis makes me think about all the people who give up before even trying. It makes me sad that they dont realize that anythings possible if you put your mind to it.
